Upon receiving Notice as detailed below, we will take the action we find suitable at our discretion, which may include the removal of the content in question from the Site.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

1. Specify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed, or - if this Notice concerns multiple copyrighted works - you may provide a representative list of the works involved.
2. Identify the material or link considered infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and that needs to be disabled, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link displayed on the Site or the precise location where such material can be found.
3. Provide your affiliation (if relevant), mailing address, telephone number, and, if possible, email address.
4. Include both of the following declarations in your Notice:
* "I affirm that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or the law (for example, as a fair use)."
* "I declare that the information provided in this Notice is accurate and under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of, the owner of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly being infringed."
5. Provide your complete legal name along with your electronic or handwritten signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that content removed (or access disabled) was not infringing, or that you have permission from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or legally, to post and utilize that content, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that was taken down or access to which was disabled and the location where the content was previously found;
3. A statement asserting that you have a good faith belief that the removal or disabling of the content was a mistake or a misidentification of the content;
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, a statement indicating your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement declaring that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the notification of the alleged infringement.

If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the original complainant, notifying them that we may restore the removed content or stop disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates legal action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be reinstated, or access to it returned, within 10 to 14 business days or later at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In alignment with the DMCA and applicable laws, we have implemented a policy for terminating users who are identified as repeat infringers in appropriate situations and at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not such violations constitute repeat infringements.
